We review construction claims and related labor burden and overhead pools, analyzed rate making cases, review government contracts and associated regulations to assist in accumulating data for disputes arising from lost profit claims, marital dissolutions, and other related issues. We assist buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
